Mid Michigan Drift Club – July Clinic
ABOUT THE EVENT
This event will be fully geared towards mastering the fundamentals of drifting at Jackson Speedway. Whether you’re just getting started or have been drifting for a while, you’re guaranteed to grow and progress as a driver. You can expect to walk away with a greater understanding of the basics of drifting, car setup and track etiquette.
$10 for additional friends and family (online or at the gate), 12 and under FREE. This event isn’t as spectator oriented as our normal events, but it’s a perfect opportunity to learn what it takes to get started in this motorsport and check out drifting in a relaxed & accessible environment.
$160 – Driver Ticket (includes 1 crew member when driver arrives )

Friday 7/11
5-10PM: Early load in and camping included for drivers
Saturday 7/12
8AM: Gates and tech open
10-10:30 AM: Drivers meeting and track walk
10:30-11AM: Fundamentals of drifting presentation in the garage. (OPTIONAL)
10:30-2PM: Open Track (donut box + extra short)
2PM: Driver check-in & optional tire machine demonstration (garage)
2:15-4PM: Open Track (donut box + extra short)
4PM: Track walk
4:15-8PM: Open Track (double lap short)
10PM: Gates close

-Tech will be at the back of the garage.Â
-You must meet ALL 18 of the tech requirements and have your car inspected to be allowed on track.Â
-2025 Tech Sticker holders do not need to go through tech again.
