NOTE: Verify with event organizer the schedule!! this is for a reference ONLY 

HOURS WILL BE FROM 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

      1. Gates will open at 5:00 PM 

1. 2. Tech will start at 5:15 and end at 5:45 PM  
   3. Driver’s meeting will be held at 6:00 PM   (If you do not make it to Tech and/or the Drivers meeting: You will be delayed from going on the track until a Staff member has time to tech your car or to explain the drivers meeting.) 

1. 4. Directly after the drivers’ meeting, Track will go HOT. 
   5. Track will go COLD at 10:00 PM ( Pit entrance is closed) 
   6. Lights will go off on the Track at 10:10 PM (depending on if a Vehicle needs to be recovered)
   7. Lights will go off in the pits at 10:30 PM
   8. Gate will be locked at 11:00 AM
